Terms & Conditions
- Exhibitors shall only engage Contractors who are on a pre-approved by Fairground Holdings (Venue), provided that the Exhibitor shall be liable to conduct any checks or due diligence in relation to any Contractor.
- If the Exhibitor intends to engage a Contractor who is not on the pre-approved panel of the Fairground Holdings (Venue), the Exhibitor shall cause the said Contractor to apply for registration on the pre-approved panel of the Venue, and may only engage the Contractor once the said Contractor has been registered on the pre-approved panel of the Venue.
- Notwithstanding the above, both HRDC and Fairground Holdings shall not have any obligations in respect of any relationship, transaction, and or dealings between the Exhibitor and the Contractor.
